1934 - Hottest Year with Y2K Corrected Data!

As a software developer who went through Y2K this is double funny. Apparently the data that NASA has been giving that supports the claim that 1998 is the hottest on record this century was wrong due to a Y2K error! NASA has quietly released the corrected data. Equally quite is the news in the media. Shouldn’t this be good news or at least a good story?Read the full story at http://www.climateaudit.org/?p=1880
Update 14Aug2007: A quick “Google” search shows that this one has been buried by the mainstream press. If the end of the world was announced, by say Al Gore, wouldn’t people want to get the word out that perhaps it is not the end of the world?
