Judge Tosses Calif Global Warming Suit

I am sure this is a big set back for our wacky Attorney General Jerry Brown (I still can not believe he was elected). What I have not seen is anyone acknowledge that the auto industry has built cars for decades according the California’s standards by the all powerful California Air Research Board (CARB). Jerry should sue himself!
