Waterboy
After a long wait and anticipation we got a chance to have dinner at the Waterboy. Located in Midtown at 2000 Capitol Ave in Sacramento California this is a nice location. The restaurant does not try to pass itself off as the ultimate gourmet experience but instead focuses on a open, relaxed and comfortable place with great food and service. We think they succeeded. The service was warm and friendly by every member of the staff we encountered. But it is for the food that we came and it was exceptional. Since the menu is constantly changing and there are often specials not everything we ordered was on the menu. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly, from the antipasto, to the main course, desert, to the espresso. Having eaten at a few of the nicer restaurants in Sacramento such as The Firehouse, Ruth Chris, Capitol Grill, etc. I can recommend this as arguably the best we have had to date.”
