Obama looking for perpetrators of war crimes

Obama, in trying to please his left wing base, issued a statement a while back that said he would hunt down perpetrators of war crimes. No word on if he will seek to stop murdering terrorists or not. He has no idea how hard the military works to prevent war crimes, often to the point of endangering soldiers.
